Three Year Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you have any concerns, please contact us. Side diamonds- each less than 5/100 of a carat (5 Point-usually side diamonds and diamonds in halo are less than 5 point each – each ring containing larger side diamonds may come with its own warranty) are guaranteed never to fall out of settings under normal wear and tear-Jewel Create will replace side diamonds for a period of three years from the date of purchase. The ring mounting is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase from any manufacturing defect- Jewel Create will repair or replace the mounting if factory defective. Free polishing, cleaning and inspection is offered by us for a lifetime. This service is not available to Commercial account & jewelry companies. Cleaning & Servicing your ring
We recommend that you have your ring cleaned, polished, and have the prongs inspected every six months. We will work with your local jeweler to insure this service can be provided to you at no charge or a nominal fee.
